I hate running out of paper or lead for my mechanical pencils. Currently, buying now-a-days is annoying. Cheap stuff don't seem as cheap anymore and most of the time, one has to save up or conserve. How do you conserve art supplies, especially paper?!
However, the computer is resourceful. Editing and such; it has become even more 'effecient'. Even though I don't waste paper, electricity ain't cheap either. Oh, well for now I'll have to draw on the computer but it doesn't have the same ambience of drawing.
Though, now that I think about it not many have the opportunity to express art the way they want for the most. Limitations and the struggle are parts of being an artist, though.
Street artists 'vandalize', but there really isn't a place where they can express themselves. Nothing is free even a spray-can. I sort of feel how they feel, since I lack paper to draw on...well not really. Street artist lack walls to paint on...well not really.
Anyway, nothing is cheap now-a-days. Beggars can't be choosers. Though, I wonder if there was a way that artist can paint - express their art. Like a MMO world where you can paint on walls or statues. A world you can show off or just release. However, this idea don't sound cheap...sigh.
